DETAILS: Recipient must be 18 years of age or older to be eligible for our Rewards Program, cannot be combined with any other offer and must be presented at the time of appointment booking. For referring person to receive credit, the referred by box must have your name written in the box made available on the printed or printable referral card. Offer is subject to change and can be affected by inventory or styles of shirts available. Shirts must be picked up at our location and may only be received after an official Depiction tattoo service has been performed.
